Friday Appointments
Please note that Friday appointments must be booked by phone or text message.

Deposits
A 25% deposit is required on all bookings.

All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or a no-show. If you need to reschedule, please use the rescheduling link provided, as your deposit will automatically be transferred to your new appointment.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and may not be seen.

Booking Accuracy
When booking your appointment, please ensure that all services you require are selected. This allows sufficient time to be allocated for your appointment and helps us provide the best possible service.
